2fer Tuesday winners
Tuesday, August 22, 2006 at 08:42PM I used the Random Number generator located here at Randomizer.org to help me determine the winners. They are posts # 24, 19, 12, 26. I included the posts with no links in the randomizer, but if a number fell on one of those, I re-rolled it. :D (always have to be fair in the randomizing, right?)

Okay, I have finally had the chance to sit down and go through all of the layouts you did for 2Fer Tuesday.
I’m amazed.
I’m amazed by your skill, and I can totally feel by looking at your work, the love you have for creating and for the subjects you choose to include. We get the chance to choose how we spend our (free) time, and I am SO glad that you shared your work - the beautiful creations that you make in your valuable time - with me.
Learning a graphics program is no small feat. Figuring out how to make complex software help you bring to life your creations is a hard thing to do. And you’re doing it.
Do you know how much that rocks?
I told the folks from Adobe when I met with them at CHA, that there are moms of 5, who drive mini-vans, who stay up until midnight or 1 a.m. trying to figure out HOW to do something in Photoshop (because who can sleep when there’s a stone left unturned, right?) They are saving up for their external hard drive or for PSCS2 so they can kick some butt with curves and paths. They are asking for a digital SLR or for gift certificates to digi shoppes for birthdays and Christmas. They are doing Google searches and reading tutorials so they can figure out how to make one of the most extraordinarily complicated programs around, obey them.
And they’re doing it.
You’re doing it.
I think very soon we’ll start to see more support of digital scrappers become integrated in the Adobe products. They are starting to understand what we need, what our goals and motivations are, and that we are a far more numerous and educated (and motivated) user base than they ever imagined.

Jessica, thanks for speaking up for us! I'd love to see Adobe really embrace the digiscrapper world and provide more support. I certainly feel supported to know that you're speaking for us!
